What we collect
When you use this site, we may collect: information you submit through forms or our chat assistant (name, email, phone, practice details, and the content of your messages); usage and analytics data (pages visited, referral source, device and browser type) via our analytics provider (PostHog); and scheduling information if you book a call through Calendly. If you interact with our AI receptionist demo by phone or text, that conversation is processed through our automation platform, GoHighLevel (GHL), to route and respond to your message.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, operate and improve this website and our services, and communicate with you about Benchmark Advisors. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Third-party services
We use PostHog for site analytics, Calendly for scheduling, GoHighLevel (GHL) for CRM and AI-assisted communication, and standard email and hosting infrastructure. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.
